I'm Ximena Paula Barbano, an international wedding celebrant, keynote speaker, event host, and bestselling author. Born in Argentina, raised in Germany, and based in Dubai, I work across countries, cultures, and four languages: English, German, Spanish, and Italian.

I'm also the creator of The Polymath Principle. My background spans theatre, data science, and my work as a Google trainer. Quite a collection, I know. But I've never believed we have to fit into just one box.

I'm also the founder and CEO of XPBLY, a Dubai-based digital agency.

What connects all these worlds is my fascination with people.

As a psychologist, I'm fascinated by how we think, what we feel, what makes us laugh, what moves us to tears, and what inspires us to change.

Whether I'm delivering a keynote speech, hosting an international event, creating a multilingual wedding ceremony, or celebrating the arrival of a child, I want people to feel something real.

My favorite moments? When people laugh and cry at the same time. When a story touches someone deeply. When a conversation changes a perspective. Or when a room full of strangers suddenly feels connected.

As a wedding celebrant, I love bringing different cultures, languages, families, and generations together. As a keynote speaker and event host, I bring that same curiosity, energy, and understanding of human emotions to the stage.

I love spontaneity, but I never leave preparation to chance. Behind every effortless moment is careful thought, structure, and attention to detail.
